What we collect
To prepare your report we collect your name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. For a Porutham (compatibility) report we collect the same details for both partners. We keep these details and the finished report so you can read it again from your dashboard.
Why we need it
Your birth details are needed to calculate accurate planetary positions — that is the entire basis of a Vedic chart. Your email is needed to sign you in and to let you know when your report is ready. We do not ask for anything we do not need.
What we do with it
Your birth details are used to generate your report and are kept in your account so you can come back and read it later. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. Not now, not ever.
Who else sees your data
To run the service, a small number of trusted partners handle parts of your data on our behalf. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations and only sees what they need.
Database
Stores your account and your reports so you can sign in and read them later.
Payment processor
Handles your card details when you pay. Card numbers never touch our own servers.
AI service
Receives your birth details and the calculated chart, then returns the interpretation. It does not retain your data for training.
Email service
Sends you the “your report is ready” notification.

How your data is protected
All connections between your browser and our service are protected with industry-standard encryption (the same kind banks use). Your stored data is encrypted on disk at our database provider. We follow careful access rules so that only you can read your reports.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- See all of your reports from the dashboard.
- Ask for a copy of your data — email us via the contact link.
- Delete your account, which removes all of your reports along with it.
- Correct your profile information from the account settings page.
How long we keep things
Reports stay in your account until you delete them, or until you delete your account. Payment records are kept for up to seven years to satisfy tax and accounting laws. Records of unusual activity are kept so we can investigate suspicious behaviour.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your light/dark theme choice. We do not use any cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
