By creating an account or generating a report, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
The service
AIJathakam provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology reports — jathakam (natal chart), porutham (compatibility), and the Him & Her Bundle — generated from real-time astronomical calculations. Reports are intended for personal guidance and entertainment.
One generation per payment
A single payment entitles you to exactly one successful AI-generated report. Once your report is generated, you can view, download, or print it any number of times, but the generation itself happens just once. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the system retries automatically up to three times at no extra charge.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We require minimum 12-character passwords. Please do not share your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent birth data.
- Attempt to circumvent payment, generation limits, or rate limits.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service.
- Use the service to harass any individual.
- Resell access to the service without written permission.
Intellectual property
The site design, codebase, prompt templates, and underlying calculation library are owned by AIJathakam. The text content of reports generated for you may be used for your personal purposes; commercial redistribution requires written permission.

No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” While we work hard to ensure accuracy in the astronomical layer, the AI-generated interpretation is probabilistic and not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer for the full statement of limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIJathakam's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the “last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
